 Please join us from 3-4pm ET on Wednesday, January 22nd for a Town Hall Discussion on "The CAO’s Well-Being and Self-Care: Mission
Impossible?"The discussion will be led by ACAO Board Members, Amy Rell, Ph.D., and Tanya Smith Brice, Ph.D., in addition to an executive coach. They will cover a review of the pressures facing CAOs in this day and age, what types of self-care and promotion of wellbeing are effective, and how to incorporate those into one’s life.
